Secure medical image sharing for smart healthcare system based on cellular neural network

Abstract The smart healthcare system (SHCS) facilitates the process with widespread use of medical data through internet things (IoMT). Widespread data, especially images can also lead to privacy issues. Traditional encryption algorithms address some problems; however, they cannot deter redistribution decrypted content. To prevent content from being used illegally, paper proposes a combination scheme and fingerprinting based on game life (GOL) singular value decomposition (SVD) purpose protecting images. First, are performed discrete wavelet transform (DWT). Second, highest coefficients bit planes approximation component selected confuse GOL. Third, other detail components chosen embed fingerprints. Finally, all subbands diffused SVD computing. proposed protection scheme, as far we know, is first for SHCS using GOL chaotic cellular neural network (CNN). provide double-level SHCS. experimental results discussion verify it effective
